Who Qualifies

The Jamesdar Trade Program is available to qualified professionals and organizations, including:

How to Apply

To apply, submit your business credentials, such as a resale certificate, business license, tax ID, or proof of professional affiliation. Applications are typically reviewed within 1–2 business days.

Jamesdar reserves the right to approve or decline applications at its discretion.


Ordering, Pricing & Payment Terms

All orders are subject to acceptance by Jamesdar and product availability. Pricing, product specifications, freight charges, and estimated lead times are subject to change without notice. Freight quotes are estimates unless otherwise stated and may vary based on shipment dimensions, carrier rates, fuel surcharges, accessorial charges, and destination conditions.

In-Stock / Quick Ship Items

For products stocked in the United States and available for immediate shipment (“Quick Ship” items), full payment is due before shipment.

Factory Direct / Special Production Orders

Factory direct, made-to-order, custom, container, and other special production orders—including orders requiring minimum order quantities (MOQs) or overseas production—require a deposit before production begins.

A minimum 50% deposit is required when the order is placed. The remaining balance, plus applicable freight, duties, tariffs, and related charges, is due before shipment or release of goods.

These orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable once placed into production and may not be changed after production has started.

Bulk Orders

Bulk orders require a deposit and may be subject to special pricing, production schedules, and freight arrangements. Deposit amounts and payment schedules will be outlined on the quotation or proforma invoice.

Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Jamesdar shall not be liable for delays caused by carriers, supply chain disruptions, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Risk of loss and title to products pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier or upon delivery to the final destination, depending on the shipping terms stated on the order confirmation or invoice.

Inspection, Claims & Returns

All shipments must be inspected upon receipt. Any visible damage, shortages, or defects must be noted at delivery and reported to Jamesdar in writing within five (5) business days.

Failure to provide timely notice constitutes acceptance of the goods. Due to the nature of commercial and made-to-order furnishings, all sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing. Approved returns may be subject to restocking fees and additional charges.

Warranty & Limitation of Liability

Products are backed by Jamesdar’s Commercial Warranty program, which includes coverage on qualifying structural components and workmanship, subject to applicable terms and conditions.

Except as expressly stated in Jamesdar’s Commercial Warranty, all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jamesdar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, project delays, loss of business, or replacement costs.

Jamesdar’s total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the purchase or use of any product shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Program Use & Compliance

Trade pricing, discounts, and program benefits are confidential and intended solely for approved members. Trade accounts may not be used for unauthorized resale, online marketplaces, or third-party distribution without prior written approval.

To protect the integrity of the Jamesdar Trade Program, Jamesdar reserves the right to review account activity and suspend or terminate accounts that violate program terms, including misuse of pricing, unauthorized resale, or improper brand representation.

Modifications

Jamesdar reserves the right to update or modify the Trade Program, including pricing, benefits, and policies, from time to time. Updated terms will be posted or otherwise communicated as appropriate.
